2. Failure analysis

( 1 ) Initial shot blasting operation

The initial period of operation is the run-in period. The failures that occur during this period are more complex and there are many reasons, such as selection problems, design and manufacturing problems, or installation and environmental issues. If the moment is too small, it may affect the adjustment speed or even cannot be adjusted at all.

When installing, the power line and the signal line are used with the same threading pipe, which causes large signal interference; there are unshielded nearby Large electrical equipment has an impact on the stable operation of the motor; the position selector has too large an insurance selection, causing damage to its internal choke coils. For these problems, we must observe them in time and find and handle them in time so as to avoid unnecessary losses.

The problems that arise are mostly the quality problems of individual electronic components. For example, the insulation of the motor coils deteriorates and the operation is unstable; the lubrication of the motor is not good enough to degrade the stability of operation; the comparative coil of the positioner deteriorates or The aging of the position current transformer degrades the positioning accuracy; the wear of the transmission components of the decelerator causes the shot machine to fail to adjust the motor mechanism of the shot blasting machine. For these problems, check regularly to prevent major failures. Of course, among all the fault factors, there are also artificial stampings, blocked process flaps, and erroneous operations.
