FEASTURE OF THE MACHINE:

A. Raw material should use masterbatch granule,PP(Poly Propylene),Calcium carbonate ,Corn starch,Bamboo powder,Wood powder,Husk,Straw,Cornstalk and so on.

Starch DisposableTableware ,Use Starch (or Calcium Carbonate) masterbatch granule as raw material to produce food container box. As the maximum component of Starch can reach to 70%, or the maximum component of Calcium Carbonate can reach to 80%, high cost performance and lower cost, greatly competitive in market.

B. The thickness of the products can be controlled easily.

C. High output: Daily output is about 130,000-150000 pieces boxes.

D. Multi-function: the machine can produce other kind of tableware,i.e. tray, dish, plate, bowl after just changing the moulds

X-80:

Can produce different productions after change the mould, such as disposable lunch box,bowl,tray,dish, spoon, and so on. The material can be Starch , Caco3, PP, PS,Plant fiber(such as wooden powder, bamboo powder, bagasse powder). Daily output is about 100,000 to 130,000 pieces boxes.

 

X-90:

Daily output is larger than X-80, about 150,000 pieces boxes. Can produce different productions after change the mould, such as disposable lunch box,bowl,tray,dish, spoon, and so on. The material can be Starch , Caco3, PP, PS, Plant fiber(such as wooden powder, bamboo powder, bagasse powder). 

 

X-80/65:

Two screw, may produce the double-decked double color compound tableware.put standard raw material in one screw,and cheaper material in the other one,cost low. his machine can extrude out two colors of decomposed sheet at the same time .after been polished and compressed the sheet will be made smoother and neater. Can produce different productions after change the mould, such as disposable lunch box,bowl,tray,dish, spoon, and so on. The material can be Starch , Caco3, PP, PS, Plant fiber(such as wooden powder, bamboo powder, bagasse powder). Daily output is about 100,000 to 130,000 pieces boxes.

 

X-50/80/50:

Three screw, can produce double color tableware , put cheaper material (like starch or Caco3) in the middle screw, and better( like PP) in the other two, the final production will be looked in good quality with low cost. The material can be Starch , Caco3, PP, PS, Plant fiber(such as wooden powder, bamboo powder, bagasse powder). Daily output is about 100,000 to 130,000 pieces boxes.
