Concrete Sludge Mono Single Screw Pump

Single screw pump is a kind of progressive cavity pump. The main pumping elements comprises of a single external helix rotor and a double internal helix stator. As the metallic rotor planet moves within the elastomer stator, the constant and continuous cavities are formed and progressed axially, and thus the fluid is steadily carried from the suction to the discharge end of the pump without turbulence, agitation or pulsation.

Features & Characteristics

*  High wear-resistance and elastic materials of stator allows the pump to handle various liquids with solid particles or fiber substances.

 

*  Completely separate suction chamber and discharge chamber by spial sealing line enable the pump with the function of shut-off as valve.
 
*  Inherent self-priming capability ensures the pump with a significant suction lift up to 8.5m.
 
*  Constantly progressed cavity volume ensures a continuous non-pulsating flow.
 
*  The capacity being proportionate to the speed realizes the flow control by speed governor.

*   Liquids with different viscous, especially the liquids with high viscosity which are difficult to be pumped.
*   Liquids with different density and dewatered dry material
*   Liquids with solid particles, fibers and suspending matter
*   Mixtures of liquid, gas and solid;
