In order to ensure the use performance of welding wires, rust, oil, water, etc. on the surface of the workpiece should be completely cleaned before welding;
In welding, when the wind speed is more than or equal to 1.8m/s or high-floor welding is conducted, wind shielding measures should be taken, and the welding part can't be directly blown by a fan;
The flow rate of shielded gas is better kept between 15 and 20L/min;
Welding slag splashed in an electrode nozzle and a guide roller should be removed at any time, particularly when the big-current welding is conducted, the electrode nozzle and the guide roller should be kept clean at any time;
After being unpacked, the welding wires directly exposed to air should avoid contacting water, paint, oil, etc. so as to guarantee the good use performance of them;
The diameter of welding wires should comply with the size of the electrode nozzle, if the diameter of welding wires is too big, the poor electric conduction will be caused, the formation of weld seams will be affected, and the splashing will be more serious;
Too much or too less weld line energy will seriously affect the comprehensive property of the weld seams, and please pay more attention to it;
