?, plastic composite panels, commonly used between the thickness of 0.5 ~ 1.5mm, usually prefabricated boards, in the production of the combination as long as you can but this fire rating is lower.
Stainless steel commonly used in the thickness between 0.35 ~ 1.2mm, stainless steel surface smooth, high plasticity, toughness and mechanical strength, acid, salty gas and other dielectric corrosion, of course, is not absolutely not rust, because Concerning the stainless steel content of the material, this cost is 10 times higher than that of tin.

For example: Here we have a 1M*2M sheet metal, then we are now under a 0.6*2M material, leaving 0.4*2 M. 2. Insulation board: Generally, according to the requirement of temperature difference, we can choose 20mm, 10mm, 5mm, but we must pay attention to: fully utilize the insulation board.
3, flange: After the duct is done, followed by the flange, the first choice of flange material, according to the size of the duct size, we use different angle iron for production. For example, 1M*2M, or larger than 1M*2M, we have to use 40*40*4t angle iron, even bigger, or according to the requirements of the buyer, less than 1M*2M and 0.1*0.2m in size, so that the air duct I choose 30*30*3t less than 0.1*0.2m air duct, we can use 25*25*3t angle iron.
4, bolts: must pay attention to the distance between the bolts too much waste, too little will not lock the dew, usually a recommended distance of 100-150m a bolt hole.
5, elbow: elbow production is more troublesome wind pipe, we must first determine the size and size of the elbow, size, for example, said that the existing two wind pipe just 90 °C, and now we extend two wind The pipe edge extends outward, straight there is a common point between them, this point is the center of this elbow, with the length of the line we extend out to do the inner radius of the arc, to extend the length of the line plus the length of the wind pipe The outer radius of the elbow, arc, then the elbow is drawn.
