How to install and wire the gate?
Installation location selection
According to the customer's requirements to determine the installation location of the gate, should pay attention to the following requirements:
1. The installation position must be such that the gate bar can be operated in the vertical and horizontal angles.
2. If the installation foundation is not used, the mounting surface must be able to securely fix the box so that the bar can run stably.
3. If the installation foundation is used, it is recommended to use quick-drying cement. The installation base is not less than 800*800*150MM.
Determination of the mounting hole position
1. The mounting hole position can be determined on the mounting surface according to the following dimensions.
2. The determination of the mounting hole position can also place the gate box on the mounting surface, and mark the mounting surface through the mounting hole of the box.
Power line laying
Route the power cord from the power supply to the gate housing. The power cord is RVV3×1.5mm2 or larger.
Cabinet installation
1. Drill holes in the mounting hole with a 14MM diameter drill bit, with a depth of about 100MM.
2. Insert the 12MM diameter expansion bolt into the mounting hole, tighten the nut, and then withdraw the nut.
3. Place the gate box on the mounting hole position, tighten the nut on one side, adjust the verticality of the gate box, make the box vertical, and finally securely fix the box.
Fixed bar
Align the bar clamp with the hole of the bar, insert the bolt with a diameter of 12MM, and then fix the bar to the bar fixing plate of the gate box.
