Pressure Cooker / jacket Kettle description
K-SP series kettle or cooker is our standard jacketed kettle which can bear high pressure. MAX working pressure can be 0.25Mpa customized. This pressure cooking kettle mainly used to cook jam, jelly, vegetable puree, paste, cream, cosmetic, lotion as well as egg and cereal (chickpea). This kind of pressure kettle (pressure cooker) is consists of
  1. kettle legs (heavy duty type)
  2. double wall structure kettle vat / pot
  3. sealed kettle top with manway
  4. accessories such as thermometer, pressure gauge, safety valve and steam trap

K-SP jacketed kettle can be used in jam production, juice production and candy factory. The working pressure in the jacket vat (inner kettle) is 0.1Mpa, in the kettle jacket, max pressure can be 0.2Mpa.

Pressure cooker / jacket Kettle structure
As per the picture shown, our K-SP series pressure cooker can be make into insulation type or simple jacketed type. Normal jacketed pressure cooker is made by double wall, inner wall contact to liquid content directly. There is a gap between the inner wall and the outer wall. We call this gap as "jacket". When Steam or other heating medium was injected into the jacket, the stainless steel inner surface of this pressure kettle will transfer the heat to the content.

Our K-SP series pressure cooker is made of stainless steel, SS304 and SS316 are widely used in our pressure kettle production. Some buyers choose SUS316 as inner wall of their pressure kettle while adopt SS304 as kettle jacket wall in order to reduce the cost.
