Why vacuum vacuum drops in miniature vacuum pumps?

After the vacuum pump VBH2005 was used for a long time, the vacuum and the flow rate decreased. It should be due to accumulated dust in the pump chamber. So the customer pumped 1 ml of clean water and tried to rinse the dust in the pump chamber with water. The result was not good. The pump was reworked. After disassembly, all components were dried and reassembled. Everything returned to normal. This shows that the micro-vacuum pump and micro-pump cannot enter the pump with water. Otherwise, the vacuum degree and flow rate will drop drastically. The apparent appearance is that the suction force is very weak.

There are also the miniature vacuum pump PCF series, the miniature air pump FAA series, and the intelligent vacuum pump ANB series, which do not allow liquid water to enter the pump.
